What is the maximum file size that can be viewed or downloaded from the target device?

The maximum allowed media file size (image, audio, or video) for viewing or downloading from the target device is 100 MB.

Why is there this limitation?

Viewing or downloading files from the target device implies their preliminary transfer to the server. If the file exceeds 100 MB, then:

1. Its transmission can be very long, and the larger the file size, the greater the risk of transmission failure.

2. Transferring large files requires a lot of resources from the target device (data traffic, battery, RAM), which in turn can be negatively perceived by users.

3. Storing large amounts of data on a server requires higher costs. In order not to raise the price of our service, we have to resort to such limitations.
